Top Picks for Lady Macbeth (/the Macbeths; I imagine their account is shared)
1. Beauty and the Beast
Lady Macbeth would likely choose this movie because she understands how Belle feels. She is confined to a specific place and a specific role due to the man of the castle, and that ultimately ends up deciding her fate. For Belle, it's happily ever after with a handsome prince. For Lady M, it's death (So not quite the same.) I can only imagine Lady M is dreaming of a fairytale ending for herself after the disaster that her life has turned into, so this might serve as a nice break from reality and an idea of what could've been if her husband could learn like the beast did.
2. The Nightmare Before Christmas
While this is definitely a reflection on the date, this is also a similar type of situation where Lady Macbeth finds something that she can relate to which makes her life seem less crazy. In both stories, their lives get turned upside down a bit- for Jack, it's traveling outside of Halloween Town, where he ends up taking Santa (the guy in charge of Christmas Town) and wreaking havoc; for Macbeth, it's Scotland and killing the king (and wreaking havoc). Jack also finds love, just as the Macbeths do, and in both stories the couples are very dead. Maybe this would be Lady M's ghostly girl's night movie.
3. Coraline
This lovely little children's horror film is a play on the supernatural. Coraline, like Lady M, is a headstrong girl who, in a way, goes on an adventure (if you can count Lady M's experience as an adventure. I would). Coraline ends up in an alternate world with her "other mother", who is actually a really creepy creature called the Beldam. (Fun fact: Beldam is defined as "a malicious and ugly woman, especially an old one; a witch".) There are also 3 ghosts who help Coraline on her search for her parents (and their eyes). Lady M doesn't necessarily know about the witches, but this might be one of those things that comes up on her recommended because of what Macbeth has watched (that also gave him nightmares, I'm guessing).
4. Reign
Not only is this about someone coming into power in Scotland, it's about a WOMAN! It's the best of both worlds for the Macbeths. It reflects all of the political mess involved in her rise to power, and gives Lady M that kick-butt lead female role that all of the ladies are trying to find in this patriarchal mess of a society.
5. Bones
This show is the Macbeth's worst fear. Supernatural horror may be one painful inevitability in their lives, but now there's a show proving that people can trace crimes back to you. It's utterly terrifying, of course, but it's also endearing because of all the shiny things and the in-depth science. This is the Macbeth's version of a horror movie because this puts the very realistic fear into them that they can now be caught in all of their murders.
These reveal a few things about the Macbeths. First, they're horror junkies, in different ways. Instead of the typical psychological thrillers, they instead go for the supernatural or the realistic (and Macbeth has a thing for witches and threes, hence the kid's movies). They're afraid of getting caught. They also target strong masculinity, whether it be in an aggressive and independent beast or a woman ruling all of Scotland.

First of all, I loved ALL of your picks. I liked that you chose to talk about both of the Macbeths, and both them individually and them watching something together. I especially liked how you included the show Bones as a sort of horror movie for Macbeth. I think a lot about how forensic science and modern technology would have been used after the Macbeths' murder of King Duncan. I wish you would have gone into more detail in some of your picks and thought about Lady Macbeth and Macbeth's dark sides and their evil desires.
